Our kuehs are best enjoyed fresh. For the best taste and texture, we recommend consuming the kuehs by 9 pm on the day of purchase.

Fresh Kueh

Storage:

• Store at room temperature (below 26°C).
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

Reheating:

If refrigerated, steam for 5–7 minutes before serving.

Frozen Kueh

Storage:

• Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
• Do not refreeze after thawing.
  
  

Shelf Life:

• Frozen (unopened): 2 months at -18°C or below
• Chilled (after thawing/opening): Consume within 48 hours when stored at 0–4°C.

Reheating: (Regular size) 1. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator (0–4°C). 2. Steam for 8-10 minutes until heated through. 3. Serve warm.  Reheating: (Bite-size) 1. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator (0–4°C). 2. Steam for 6-8 minutes until heated through. 3. Serve warm.
